I’m a Solution Architect working on Azure, microservices, and distributed systems.

Over the years, I’ve realized that most architecture discussions focus too much on tools, frameworks, and diagrams—and very little on what actually matters in production: decisions, trade-offs, and consequences.

In real projects, systems rarely look like reference architectures. They evolve through constraints, deadlines, and imperfect information. That gap between theory and reality is where most architecture challenges actually live.

Through my work, I’ve been exploring how traditional frameworks like The Open Group (TOGAF) can be applied in modern cloud environments, and how principles from Microsoft’s Azure Well-Architected Framework can bring more practical clarity to those decisions.

This space is where I write about:

- Real-world architecture decisions - Microservices and distributed system challenges - Non-functional requirements (NFRs) and trade-offs - What actually works (and what doesn’t) in production

I’m currently working on high-scale systems on Azure and documenting these learnings as part of an ongoing effort to bridge the gap between architecture theory and real-world implementation.

If you’re building systems, dealing with complexity, or trying to make better architectural decisions—not just better diagrams—you’ll likely find something useful here.
